Les Olson Company Elects Keith Adams to Board of Directors

Les Olson Company is pleased to announce that Vice President of IT, Keith Adams, has been elected by the company shareholders to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.

Throughout his 23 years with Les Olson Company, Adams has gained vast knowledge and experience in many areas including Information Technology and leadership.[/cz_title]

[cz_gap height=”15px”][cz_title id=”cz_27189″ cz_title=””]Starting his career in the company’s warehouse, and performing many duties leading up to his current role, Adams has been instrumental in facilitating all of Les Olson Company’s major technology initiatives, and has expertly managed the company’s entire IT infrastructure with the help of his team. He also plays a major role in one of Les Olson Company’s fastest-growing divisions, Managed IT Services.

As Les Olson Company enters into their historic sixtieth year in business, the company’s executive leaders are confident that Adams’ technical expertise, dedication and passion for technology will help position Les Olson Company for continued success.

In addition to his role as Vice President of IT, Adams serves on Les Olson Company’s Executive Committee. He has previously served as City Councilman for Herriman City and has honorably served our country in the United States Air Force.

This new addition to Les Olson Company’s Board of Directors comes after long-time Chairman and CEO, Jim Olson, stepped down in preparation for retirement. Lisa Thaller now serves as Chairman of the Board, and James Olson now serves as CEO.

Les Olson Company Selects Debbie Olson as New Secretary Treasurer

Les Olson Company is pleased to announce Debbie Olson, a second-generation owner, shareholder, and member of Les Olson Company’s Board of Directors was appointed as the new Secretary-Treasurer.

Since her full-time employment in 1972 Debbie has performed many duties leading up to her current role in managing Revco Leasing – Les Olson Company’s in-house leasing partner named after Debbie’s mother Reva Olson.[/cz_title]

[cz_gap height=”20px”][cz_title id=”cz_91479″ cz_title=””]Debbie fosters a lifetime of dedication to continue the family traditions of loyalty and customer service. Debbie has proven herself time and time again as an incredible example of hard work, loyalty and putting the customer first. Debbie brings insight and expertise that will benefit the company, employees, and clients through this new position.
Debbie has previously served on the Board of Governors for the South Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the Ronald McDonald House Charities Gala Committee and enjoys a passion for service and community involvement.

Lisa Thaller Named New Chairman of the Board

Les Olson Company is pleased to announce Chief Financial Officer Lisa Thaller has been appointed as their new Chairman of the Board.

Through Thaller’s nearly 34 years at Les Olson Company, she has shown a commitment and passion for hard work and service.

Starting work as a file clerk, Thaller has risen steadily to become a great leader and a standard of women in leadership that will direct Les Olson Company to continue their tradition of honesty and integrity indefinitely.[/cz_title][cz_gap height=”15px”]

[cz_title id=”cz_30093″ cz_title=””]She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2004, serving as Secretary-Treasurer since 2011. Thaller takes over the position of Chairman of the Board during Les Olson Company’s historic sixtieth year in business, celebrating decades of excellence in office technology.

During her career, Thaller had the opportunity to work with Les Olson Company founders Les and Reva Olson – her grandparents, and her own father Ray Olson who served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board during his time with the company.

In addition to her responsibilities as a CFO, Thaller is also a company shareholder and serves as a member of the company’s Profit Sharing Plan Investment Committee and Executive Committee. She also serves as a member of the Legacy of Life Committee for the Intermountain Research Foundation and as a Salt Lake Advisory Board member for Zions First National Bank.

This change in leadership comes after long-time Chairman and CEO Jim Olson stepped down in preparation for retirement. Upon Jim Olson’s retirement, James Olson will continue in the role of Chief Executive Officer.[/cz_title]
